What We Do
We run a booking and coordination service. When you call or send a form, we take down what is happening and where, then connect you with an independent local roofing company from our partner network who can get out to your address and is set up for that specific job. We do not send our own roofers and we do not carry out roofing work ourselves.
The Partner Company
The roofing company that takes your job on is independently owned and operated — it is not part of Newcastle Roofer Restoration Company. Your contract for the roofing work itself is with that company, not with us. The partner firm surveys the roof, provides its own written quote, carries out the work, and invoices and takes payment directly from you. Any warranty or guarantee on the work is the partner firm's own, on whatever terms they set.
Payments
We do not take payment or issue invoices for roofing work of any kind. Any payment for a repair, re-roof or survey goes directly to the partner company that carried it out, on whatever terms they have agreed with you. If you have a billing question, raise it with that company first.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is set by the partner firm, not by us, and is put to you in writing after a free roof survey and before any work begins. We do not quote jobs, guarantee a price, or promise a timeframe on this website or over the phone. Ask the partner firm to walk through their written quote before you agree to any work.
Complaints and Problems
If something goes wrong with the work itself, raise it with the partner firm first — they carried it out and are best placed to put it right. If you cannot get it resolved with them, call us on 07460 067785 and we will help chase it up on your behalf. We cannot promise a particular outcome, since the work and the contract for it sit with the partner firm, not with us.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your call or form submission and arranging a booking with a partner firm. We are not responsible for that company's workmanship, pricing, scheduling or conduct, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
